Creative Movement
Designed with our youngest dancers in mind, we encourage our dancers to utilize their creativity and imagination. Creative Movement focuses on increasing the student's flexibility, balance, and memorization skills, while introducing them to the art of dance. Basic ballet and mat acrobatic steps are gradually incorporated into each lesson plan.
Class Level(s): Ages 3-5. MLB - Mon.3:15-4, IHB - Wed. 3:15-4
Combo Class (Ballet/Tap)
This is the ideal class for beginner students who would like to be exposed to both ballet and tap. The first 30 minutes of the class will be designated to ballet, followed by 30 minutes of tap. Combo Class provides young dancers with a strong foundation in two fundamental types of dance.

Ballet
Ballet is a classic and familiar form of dance. Our ballet classes place a strong emphasis on dance technique and proper form. Each class consists of a barre warm-up, across the floor combinations, and center combinations. Along with learning ballet technique, dancers will be introduced to dance terminology. Ballet is offered in a variety of levels, with each level integrating the appropriate degree of complexity and variety of movement.

Modern
We pull from a variety of modern techniques. Students will be introduced to the Limon technique, Cunningham technique, Graham technique, along with various other styles. Modern class encourages the dancers to utilize their creativity, while learning a new way to move through space. Modern is offered in a variety of levels, with each level integrating the appropriate degree of complexity and variety of movement.

Jazz
Jazz blends a little funk with a whole lot of fun. A high energy class that consists of various combinations including jumps, leaps and turns, as well as center and across the floor combinations. The students will increase their flexibility, strength, stability and improve time-rhythm coordination skills. Jazz is offered in a variety of levels, with each level integrating the appropriate degree of complexity and variety of movement.

Tap
Tap encourages students to work on time-rhythm coordination and enhance their stage presence skills. Tap is offered in a variety of levels with each level integrating the appropriate degree of complexity and variety of movement.

Hip Hop
This "Don't Miss" class is a high energy class that mixes urban street dancing with Jazz technique. Our Hip Hop classes are full of technically challenging steps set to pumping music.

Pilates
Based off the exercise method created by Joseph Pilates in the early 1900's, Pilates consists of varied physical exercises that place a strong emphasis on the abdominal region. Adult Modern
This class is great for first time movers or experienced dancers. Students will learn how to creatively move through space, utilizing the floor, center and across the room for dance phrases.

Adult Ballet
A class offering a fun, yet physically challenging environment for adults of various athletic levels. This class will consist of a simplified ballet barre exercise, stretches, and center combinations. Adult Ballet will help redefine your muscles and create a leaner body. So whether you are looking to retrain your lost technique or want to try a new work out, this is the class for you.

Adult Jazz
This class will allow you to let loose and get a little funky. By taking Adult Jazz you will be able to enhance you flexibility, improve your rhythm, and increase your physical strength. Classes will consist of stretching, isolation excercises, across the floor and center combinations.
